Headache relief that looks for the cause
Tension headaches, neck-related headaches, and migraines often trace back to the neck, posture, and stress. We find what’s driving yours and build a plan to keep them away.

Why headaches keep coming back
Pain relievers can take the edge off, but they don’t change what’s causing the headache. Hours at a desk or on a phone, poor posture, and stress can tighten the muscles and joints of the neck, upper back, and scalp.
Common triggers we see:
- Long hours at a computer or looking down at a phone
- Poor posture at work or in the car
- Stress and tight neck and shoulder muscles
- Old whiplash injuries
- Dehydration and poor sleep
- Certain foods, bright light, or noise
How we help
- A full history and exam to find your triggers and rule out anything that needs another kind of care
- Chiropractic adjustments for the neck and upper back, including gentle low-force options
- Soft tissue work and massage to release tight muscles
- Physical therapy exercises to strengthen posture muscles so relief lasts
- Practical advice on desk setup, sleep, water, and stress
Dr. Jason Boyce says headaches are one of his favorite things to treat.
When to get emergency care instead
Call 911 or go to the emergency room for a sudden, severe headache (the worst of your life), a headache after a head injury, or a headache with fever and a stiff neck, confusion, weakness, numbness, trouble speaking, or vision loss.
Common questions
Can a chiropractor help with migraines?
There’s good evidence that hands-on care helps headaches that start in the neck, and many people with tension headaches or migraines find it reduces how often they happen. After your exam, we’ll be honest about what to expect.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on how long you’ve had headaches and what’s causing them. Your provider will give you a clear plan after your first visit.
Does insurance cover it?
Most plans we accept cover chiropractic care. See the insurance plans we accept.
