Hurt in a car accident? Get checked early
Whiplash and other soft tissue injuries don’t always show up right away. Our chiropractors and physical therapists treat car accident injuries without surgery or pain pills, and we help you through the insurance side too.

Symptoms can take days to appear
Even a low-speed crash moves your head and neck faster than they’re built to move. Pain and stiffness often start a day or more later. Watch for:
- Neck pain or stiffness, or trouble turning your head
- Shoulder, upper back, or arm pain
- Headaches
- Numbness or tingling in the arms or hands
- Dizziness or blurred vision
- Ringing in the ears, fatigue, or trouble sleeping
Why see us soon after a crash
- A clear record of your injuries. Early exams and good notes matter if you file an insurance claim.
- Treatment that addresses the cause, not just the pain: adjustments, soft tissue work, massage, and physical therapy under one roof.
- Help with insurance. Many Washington auto policies include Personal Injury Protection (PIP) that can pay for care. We’ll help you understand your coverage.
Go to the emergency room first if…
You have a severe headache, confusion, loss of consciousness, numbness or weakness, trouble breathing, severe pain, or any possible broken bones. Come see us once you’ve been cleared.
Common questions
I feel fine. Should I still get checked?
It’s a good idea. Soft tissue injuries often take a few days to cause pain, and a prompt exam documents how you were affected by the accident.
Who pays for my care?
It depends on your policy and who was at fault. Often it’s your PIP coverage or the other driver’s insurance. Bring your claim number and our team will help sort it out.
Do I need a referral?
Not for chiropractic care. Physical therapy and massage require a referral. Our front desk can walk you through getting one.
