From high school athletes to weekend golfers and runners, we help you recover from sports injuries and stay healthy through the season, with chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage working together.

Physical therapy stretching a patient’s hip and hamstring at Core Concepts

What we treat

  • Sprains and strains
  • Low back and neck pain from training or contact
  • Shoulder, elbow, and wrist pain (including tennis and golfer’s elbow)
  • Hip, knee, and ankle pain
  • Hamstring and IT band problems
  • Tendon pain and scar tissue from old injuries

How we help you recover

  • A clear diagnosis so you know what’s hurt and how long recovery should take
  • Adjustments and joint work to restore normal motion
  • Soft tissue work (IASTM) and massage to release tight muscles and scar tissue
  • Physical therapy to rebuild strength, balance, and control
  • A return-to-sport plan so you don’t come back too soon

Staying healthy, not just getting better

Quick starts and stops, jumping, and collisions put real stress on joints and muscles. Regular care and the right exercises can help you move better and lower your risk of the next injury. Football, wrestling, baseball, softball, golf, running: we see Tri-Cities athletes of every kind.

Common questions

Should I see a chiropractor or a physical therapist?

You don’t have to choose. Our chiropractors and physical therapists work in the same clinics and share your plan.

When can I play again?

Your provider will give you a return-to-play plan based on your injury and your sport, and adjust it as you progress.

Do you work with youth athletes?

Yes. We see student athletes regularly and keep parents in the loop on the plan.
