You don’t have to choose. Our chiropractors and physical therapists work in the same clinics and share your plan. Chiropractic care often helps quickly with acute back and neck pain, while physical therapy rebuilds strength and mobility so the improvement lasts.

Do I need a referral?

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, so your therapist can see how you move and you can exercise easily.
