Chiropractic techniques
Not a fan of the “crack”? You don’t have to be. If one style isn’t comfortable, we’ll use another.
Manual adjusting
The classic hands-on adjustment that restores motion to stiff joints in the spine and extremities.
Drop table technique
A table section drops slightly so the adjustment takes less force. Good for disc problems.
Instrument adjusting
A handheld tool delivers a quick, gentle pulse. Ideal for sensitive patients, seniors, and kids.
ArthroStim
Rapid, light pulses focused on a small area for precise, low-impact care.
Soft tissue work (IASTM)
Stainless steel tools break up scar tissue and adhesions that limit movement.
Mobilization
Gentle movement to loosen tight joints and muscles.

Common questions
What’s the popping sound during an adjustment?
It’s gas releasing from the joint as it moves. It’s harmless, and an adjustment can work without it.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Adjustments shouldn’t hurt. Some people feel mild soreness after their first visit, like after a workout. If a technique isn’t comfortable, tell us and we’ll use another.
Should I see a chiropractor or a physical therapist?
You don’t have to choose. Our chiropractors and physical therapists share your plan and work in the same clinics.
